Transplant Journey

• Upon approval by the transplant center and insurance company – patients will be listed for transplantation through UNet system (national system) for kidney transplantation.

• Upon listing a patient, the referring physician and dialysis unit will be notified about listing.

​

• Upon listing for transplantation, the transplant center will maintain contact either through telephone or by face-face meetings including follow-up evaluation.
